Come work on our Certified Organic farm in 2024 and make $18-$20/hour, plus get free produce from the farm! We have full-time and part-time positions available for the full 2024 growing season (roughly early April to late October) and the summer (early June to late September is preferred, but we can be flexible on start and end dates for the right candidate).
What’s it like to work at Dirt Rich Farm? In the spring, there’s lots of transplanting, hoeing, and weeding. In the summer, there’s still plenty of weeding, but we also do lots of harvesting and washing and bagging of the harvest. In the fall, we do big harvests of storage vegetables, like potatoes, winter squash, and root vegetables, and clean up the farm in preparation for winter.
Previous farming experience, especially on vegetable farms and/or farms that use organic/regenerative practices, is preferred but not required. Applicants must be available to work at least 16 hours/week. To apply, email your cover letter and resume to dirtrichfarm@gmail.com
